I can only agree with the other reviews, it seems as if the owner is doing all he can to prevent customers from continuing to come to his shop. Unfriendly at the highest level.

Customers are annoying here. Rolling eyes, snorting, moaning .. It was raining and just then you should be happy about customers.

Zero ice cream is sugar sweet unfriendly children are not welcome. Not tolerated. Disrespectful as a customer you are not taken seriously.

So far we have been to this ice cream shop regularly and the quality was very good. Tonight my girlfriend and I decided to make a short detour. Since it was already late, we asked how long it was open to decide whether we could grab an ice cream or sit down. Unfortunately I have to join the previous negative reviews. The boss gave an unwilling answer and when I said we were still looking at the ice cream card because of a mug, it became outrageous in the sense of what we wanted. Then I'm out because I don't like to insult myself for my money. Thereupon he teased us. Never again! Especially not for my money!

Insider tip as an alternative to the city center of Pforzheim! Located in the Brötzinger pedestrian area and has a nice outdoor area to sit and relax. The homemade ice cream does not have to hide from the competition in the city center. In my opinion, it is almost better than the competition. There is also a shortage of parking nearby. Highly recommended!

The gelato here is really good. The owners are from Italy and make the gelato themselves. Ask them for suggestions on flavor combinations, you'll be surprised!
